Terrible automated phone answering system, I tried calling 5 different times and was never able to speak to a person.. I called Express Glass and spoke to a friendly lady on the 2nd ring and got great service in 1hr.. I recommend Express Glass to everyone..

Great experience with changing out our windshield. Called around and their pricing was the best. The service was great, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would! Schedule appointment and they don't call, text, or email just show up like they are the only ones that matter. Then they say they have to be somewhere to pick up their daughter so you need to re schedule your appointment because they chose to show up without notice and want to rush through your job. This is not how you run a business so people they might be cheaper but they are a joke and that is the nicest way I can put it.

They installed a defective windshield that immediately cracked. Additionally, no one answers their phone during business hours. Do not do business with them.

Submitted a request to have a windshield repaired on Friday. Appointment was scheduled for Tuesday 12-5. Received a notification at 430pm Tuesday that stated the appointment was canceled and money refunded. When we contacted Safelite we were advised they were sorry for the inconvenience but someone named Stuart canceled the appointment on Monday. Stuart, who does not work in the Houma store. They were sorry for inconvenience and the money will be refunded within 5-7 business days. Stuart needs to be called down for canceling my appointment.

They refuse to answer their phone and when you try to get a person on the phone The teleprompter talks in circles and hangs up on you no customer service whatsoever in Houma Louisiana
