It was my first time shopping for myself in the store. The girls there were very nice. The problem I had was that they didn't have the two brands I went there to purchase. Although they did have them online.

Walked in for wax. Sat down, my info was all put into system. Received a textq confirming appt. Worker started process, and another woman walked up to area stating she had an appt for five min from the current time. Worker looked, but saw no appt made. Woman stated it was with Brooke..mind you, Brooke is wearing a name tag. If I got a text confirming the appt, she would have gotten a text also, correct? She would have just shown the confirmation but she didnt. The worker had me get out the chair and said we could make an appt for another time. Very disappointed if this is policy. I've made appts in the past where I had to wait a few minutes(the woman could have done the same..there's no reason why she couldn't wait 10 minutes).. but I've NEVER had to get out of the chair after services had already begun. I'm now stuck with a gift card, and y'all lost a customer.

The workers here are very helpful. I was asked by about 4 different ppl if I needed help. I also love getting my eyebrows done here by Nicole in the hair salon. She will not wax you wrong.

Booked an online haircut around 10am today for 530 pm. Let work early drove 20 minutes to get there to find out their system is done. They had no knowledge of my appointment because “ the system is down and corporate knows”.The booking app should have been disabled by corporate! In store offered no solutions nor offered to rebook.Stylist was booked for the night by a walk-in she took, she was very nice.

Very poor customer service, they discriminate against older customers. I was ignored while 2 younger patrons walked in, and got treated like royalty. I will spend my money at the Dillard’s make up counter from now on.

I have to say, I'm disappointed in this store. Things just seem pricier than necessary. There also seems to be an issue with properly staffing this particular location. Every time I have visited, it's a hassle just to get someone to ring me up. The last time (and I mean that will be the final time for me), the girl running the register spent upwards of 15 minutes chatting to two women while a line of patrons began to pile up. Hopefully the store can get itself together.
