Service horrible. Went there to fill a prescription and when I returned to pick up. I was given no explanation to why my insurance didn’t fill my prescription. The next day I had the prescription switched to CVS. Same problem but CVS called my insurance and got the problem solved. Reluctantly called today to get a prescription filled because CVS didn’t not have the prescription that was needed after they made all attempts to locate. So I had no other choice to call Walgreens. I was told they didn’t have the prescription and that I would have to call each Walgreens myself to check availability.

I'm very happy with the service and they are always welcome here anytime. I used online and phone refills, and I also use my reward points for good deals in the store.

The lady was right to say check your medication. My 10yr old son had the Flu. When we picked up his medicine, my wife realized we didn't have the right dosage. We didn't have enough medicine to cover the number of days the Doctor ordered. We went back to the pharmacy that night and got the mistake corrected.

2 nights ago I went got my prescription filled. When I got my medicine there was 5 out of 10 pills with no refills. So I called the pharmacy and was on hold for 5 to 6 minutes then someone picked up then put me back on hold for another 2 minutes. After the second somebody picked up the phone and put back on hold with nobody saying anything now its gone 10 minutes being on hold I hung up and went back. I tell the lady she let me see the bottle so I handed her the bottle and tells me I the one that filled my medicine wasn't there anymore that they would have to check the camera that some someone will call me tomorrow. Well no one called me so I called them the lady tells me that I will have to make a police report. I tell her that wasn't told you to me last night cause I would have and I let her know what was stated to me. She says that the people that was there last night wasn't there today what was my name and number and someone will call you tomorrow. Well tomorrow is now today I still haven't heard from them yet. I talked to another pharmacist from somewhere else and she told me correct stanard for this type of medicine is for them to do a count on what they have and that will tell them if they did short someone. That I can make a report but that not gone to help must likely they are gonna tell me I need to see my doctor again. And that pretty must I'm not getting that other 5 and need to change pharmacys. So please everyone check your medicines before leaving the pharmacy.

The pharmacy is so inconsiderate to their customer's request, I have more than 5 times been pushed out the door without my meds and never heard back till I gave them 48 hours each time to call me or text? When I would call always waiting on my doctor, my doctor would confirm their was no waiting in her, I live 17 miles to Walgreens and 13 miles from Walmart , as much as I despise Walmart they now have my pharmacy business along with all the odds and ends I pick up

According to our insurance AFTER we tried to pick up a prescription, Walgreens said we picked up the medication a few days ago. When we went to verify phone number of the person who picked up the info, IT WAS NOWHERE NEAR OUR PHONE #! BE careful with your script. Be careful who you deal with. We've had enough of Walgreens.
