For a Walgreens, they were just that, a Walgreens nothing outstanding for the Bayou, the friendliness factor was below average. They were perfunctory but the shelves were mostly stocked (not fully stocked), the bathroom was clean, and I received service. But it's not what I expected in the Bayou where friendliness is a pastime.

This Walgreens on Saint Charles Street repeatedly does not get my prescriptions when they say they will… I recommend taking your prescription over to the Walgreens on tunnel… People need their prescriptions quickly and this Walgreens is not doing a good job.

The photo lab cannot get themselves together… They have never recovered From the pandemic. It is a real shame, but I will definitely be going elsewhere

Always clean. Helpful staff. Besides pharmaceutical items, you'll find many items for the home. Everything from ice cream, to pet supplies.

I went into that place in search of a thermometer, went up the pharmacy counter to ask where they would be!! One girl was standing there scanning prescriptions never acknowledged my presence. The young pharmacist was staring into oblivion never acknowledged my presence. Now mind you. I was the only one standing there, they were not busy AT ALL. Neither one looked up at me to even ask if they could help me!! Now they would not have had to lift a finger to do anything, I just wanted to know where the thermometers were. I stood there for at least 5 minutes with no help!! IM DONE with poor customer service!! If they don't like their jobs then they should quit and give their positions to other people that wanna work. Such horrible customer service.
