Idk if this store and the Dollar General down the road are competing for the worst store award or not, but they're both absolutely disgusting. You can't even walk down half the aisles because there's crap everywhere. I knew there were lazy people in Jackson, but come on – get off your phone and do your job.

This is the worst Family Dollar I have been to. The store is not clean, merchandise on the floor of every aisle. Shelves leaning that could potentially fall on customers. Restrooms are closed to customers, so the staff is letting their customers know that they do not care about customers.

The cashier probably doesn't have a job today...that's how bad...SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE...I LEFT MY CART ...RIGHT AT THE REGISTER + CAME STRAIGHT HOME TO CALL THE CORPORATE OFFICE! I WONT BE GOING BACK TO THE PLACE UNTIL THEY HIRE PEOPLE WHO CAN TALK TO PEOPLE WITH RESPECT!!! THAT IS A FACT!

Love the workers here. Polite and helpful always. The new digital coupons on their app save me on average $10 every shopping trip (sometimes $12) It's definitely my small town"Wal-Mart" with exceptional convenience.
