Ok so i had a hair cut today! And Oh my god! Best experience i have ever had with someone cutting my hair. She actually massage my scalp like they are supposed to and she took her time cutting my hair! They are very nice! I will recommend them to anyone. I absolutely love my hair cut!!!! Hair creations in kaplan is a small business and the small business need our help right now. They also do men and kids hair. So i will be going there from now on!!!
