Ever since I have been enrolled in Connectivity Act Program the internet is HORRIBLE!! Phone calls are dropped repeatedly and will not come in or go out. Had a virtual doctor's appoint that would not come in or go thru so not sure when I can reschedule. Goes out when there is a drop of rain. It buffers constantly. Needless to say I am very, very unhappy (and that's a nice word) Not using the words of how I actually feel!!

I've had this company for over a year. When I have problems with my Internet they always respond even in the weekends. It may take them a while but they do respond. They will work and try to find what the problem is if your Internet is slow or if your wifi is disconnected. I am glad I went with Acadiana Broadband and I will continue to stay with them until I move.

Was paying for the highest service. Internet speed incredibly slow and spotty. Called and emailed company who never answers the phone or returns emails, for them the fix issue. They came out and said it was a "them" problem that they could not fix. Therefore they lowered my plan and my internet still sucks.

Acadian broadband offers a wonderpull new type of internet service to everyone that qualifies for the service. I have been using this service now for approximately 5 years and extremely happy with it. The service is very reliable and stable. It is also quite fast. Although, it is a smaller company, it is extremely fast when it comes to any repair issues that may be pop up. I see no reason why I would even consider changing from Acadian Broadband to go to another company with there very affordable rates, and great service. They have wonderful customer service as that is quick to answer any questions you may have and solve any problem that may pop up.

Horrible service online gaming lagg all the time plus your service be down for hours and you can’t talk to no one they even turn they phone off

Any issue I've ever had has been resolvedCustomer service has been great, service has been far beyond anything we've had,our options before were DSL and Satelite, and this has been a lot better.

Good costumer service. We haven't had any problems with two kids doing online school and streaming tvs, games ect. Wonderful service for rural areas. Thanks Acadiana broadband!!!!

I’ve been with this company since they first started! I have no complaints and they are always available to fix any issues. I recommend them to anybody.
