I walked towards the door of this business at 8:05. As I was walking towards the door, the male owner (Scott)locked the door from the inside. I waited for about five minutes until he returned and then unlocked the door. Once he unlock the door I walked in And asked him what time he opened. He responded at 8 AM. I told him -did he realize that he just locked the door in front of my face at 8:05 AM. His response was that he had to show a possible customer a storage unit. I literally had to tell him how rude, unprofessional, and inappropriate his behavior was. He did not apologize whatsoever. I reminded him about the community that he served. I also reminded him that my money spends everywhere and there’s multiple storage units on this same street that are a lot more reasonable than his. The owner (Scott)of this business needs to understand that he thrives off the money of the community. He can’t treat folks just any kind of way when he needs their money. He needs better interpersonal skills. Ignorance at its best! Beware!

My boss ended up having me leave our tour bus in Louisiana for 2 weeks instead of me driving it back to naples florida. We ended up finding this facility the owner Scott was very accommodating with our last minute plans and even offered to take me to the airport and pick me back up in 2 weeks from the airport witch I feel is him going above and beyond the call of duty. I feel my company will keep using this facility as temp storage for our vehicles when we're far from home Thanks Scott

Very helpful! Had a moving emergency and they were able to help with a rental truck after Uhaul could not fill a reservation. They were able to get me a truck on short notice and a storage unit. Cheapest climate controled unit in town.

Worst customer service I have been a part of in a looooong time. Do not rent Budget trucks or anything else from this location. Rude management and impossible to work with unless its in their favor
