I went in for a broken nail. I was told it be $25 to redo all my gel color and $5 for my broken nail. I decided to do only my broken nail. Nail tech filled down my broken nail never removing it. then added length w gel. My nail length is way off, doesn't match and when I handed her my credit chard I was charged $10 $10 and I didn't even get an acrylic nail. My nail is way shorter, doesn't match. She pretty much said it's too late she can't refund me. she put no effort into making it better. I was ripped off

I’m so dissapointed after reading great reviews and having the worst set ever. I wish I would’ve never gone. I was the only one there and it took 3 hours. My nails look terrible,like a bubble film to them, and I feel I wasted my money and time. She couldn’t do my gel because of lack of materials , so I paid for regular toenail polish that I know will be off within a couple of days. Idk how I can get these nails off but I don’t want to wear them. Waste of $100. The lady seemed sweet but I don’t understand how she didn’t understand how I didn’t like them.. I can’t recommend and won’t be back.. these photos are directly after my appointment.

I noticed the reviews here are a little outdated, so I wanted to provide an update after the excellent service I received here today!! It's Saturday, they weren't busy, and although there were only two ladies working, I managed to receive a phenomenal pedicure from Mindy and then she got my nails right too! Both of the ladies working made me feel so comfortable, absolutely nothing felt rushed, and I honestly left feeling like I made a new friend! I definitely recommend Lovely Nails if you're in the area and need some pampering!!
