It would be useful having maybe more than one person in the store to help customers. Seems like a good idea to avoid people just going to use Amazon instead.

Waited 5 minutes at the print counter, the girl trying to figure out how to work a machine wouldn’t turn around. Finally she does, but then immediately goes to help a man who walked up 15 seconds prior. A simple “who was here first?” would have solved the issue.

Audrey provided top notch service with a great attitude. I was in an out way quicker than anticipated. And another young man also checked in on me to ensure I was being helped.
The quality of my manual was also very well executed.

Came in for a printer. Niles was very professional, helpful, and patient. At no time did I feel rushed. Also went out of his way to search for any information he may not have known in regards to questions I asked.

This could have been a 1 star review.
Print department, the lady with the half shaved head, said she couldn't get the order done till tomorrow, that they were soooo swamped, and were short handed with only 2 people.
Running a company for over 10 years in lafayette, I've seen slammed, and shorthanded there.
So many better ways to at least be professional, by desiring to help, asking about my situation, offering solutions (that is the motto right?) Leaning so far on the counter she didn't even straighten up to greet me. Granted I don't know her interior situation and perhaps she was having a rough day, but don't just disregard people.
This guy though gets the 5 stars!

All of a sudden DEVIN epitome of the type of team member I would want at my business, called me over, pulled up my email address and printed my 1 poster order right there on the spot. He said we are not that busy, I got you.
That is type of person the world is missing. Thank you for your work ethic.

I don’t think anything’s wrong with the people that work there I just think they’re totally exhausted and frustrated. I saw maybe one person working in the store today and I saw One walking through the store and the one that was supposed to be at the register, I only saw them for a few seconds, so the store was kind of a ghost town by the time I left people kept constantly coming, and the guy printing was working alone. Most of the time I was there !!!you have good people if you wanna make money, please put more workers in the store.

This Office Depot should either close down or get better management and employees. They do nothing right everytime I go and they are unbelievably slow. Never know how to use their printing machines. Would have given zero stars if that was possible. ??
