Lady working tonight refused to sell me cigarettes tonight bc I was with my friend talking about cigarettes and we literally are both of age and had our IDs. She refused to sell to me or even look at our IDs. It is not illegal to talk about cigarettes if two people are of legal age

I would give them no stars if possible. The rewards system they have is a total scam. And someone's the pizza is burnt or undercooked. Supposed to get a free drink once daily I still pay $1 for it. Even after 2 days pass.....They always rude and inconsiderate. Talk about a group of employees only there to collect a check.

The staff, location, gas prices, and other offerings is 5-star.
What’s 1-star is that the hours for the store are 24/7, and it’s 2am right now and the doors are locked, and there’s no sign. If you have to close for an hour or something, BARE MINIMUM as a courtesy please put a sign up. It’s rude to see someone or people in there walking around ignoring you.

The store is closed at 10pm on a Sunday and the girl is out here just looking at the customers . We’re all standing here and the only worker got into her car what type of business is this !?

At one point in time, I would’ve given the store a five star rating. However, in the recent months, and with new employees, the store shuts down around 10 or 11 o’clock every night. There’s a box with a buzzer that you were supposed to be able to still get service Since the employee is there. However, when that employee is wearing headphones and ignoring every single person that walks up to that box, staring at them and then continuing to look away… It presents a little bit of a problem! I spend way too much money at the store to not be able to get a pack of cigarettes at 11 o’clock at night. And while that may sound very Karen, when I say spend too much money at the store, last year alone I spent over $1000 at a gas station. Now we do have other locations in my city, but they aren’t much better. What ends up happening is that I end up having to drive to five or six different locations just to get gas and cigarettes when it’s after 10 PM. How absolutely pathetic the store has become. Bring back the workers who wanted to actually work, and gave a shit! Because as it stands, these workers closed the store at 10 or 11 o’clock at night and then do what? Clean until four or five in the morning? If they even open at four or five in the morning! RaceTrac… Please do better.

Clean establishment and the staff are very friendly and have a southern hospitality vibe to them. Knew some customers by name and would greet them as soon as I walked in.

I definitely DO NOT recommend stopping here. They always "closed". I asked the cashier tonight @11:10pm, what time they close today. "We are a 24hr station Mam" she said.. So I ask, "Is there a certain time for cleaning or anything?" "MAM! We are 24hr station" I told you, we dont close." She said.....
I was being a nice, Im a customer frequently of Racetrack. I would name you, but unfortunately you never offered a reciept, but definitely had a lot of RUDE to hand out. So I gracefully handed it right back, I said well I come often and they said it was closed, I barely finished my sentence "when they by they self they lock the door...! Well then... no reciept.. negative energy.. You should probably quit you're job, you don't seem to like it very much. Yes I hope you felt that energy right back bc you're very rude for no reason with the easiest job in the world.. Seriously ?

24 hours!??I went to go get adult beverages at 10 o'clock p.m. and the door was locked with no one behind the counter and a ton of people (myself included )waiting outside ,plus when go in the daytime cashiers are on their phones ,very rude to the customers and they will leave you at the counter for 15 minutes to "so say"go to the restroom...I will not be frequenting this location at all
