Madeline was the perfect go-to person for me. She was very patient considering our closing was contingent on another closing and it somehow all fell into place. Everything ran so smoothly and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the process. This is the second loan that we have worked with Madeline on and when we move again, Madeline is who we will use again. She’s very professional, reliable and is quick to respond. I’ve been working with Standard Mortgage, specifically Madeline Pellerin, for the past 7 weeks to secure a home loan and get assistance on a down payment from LHC.
Madeline has the most amazing work ethic of anyone I’ve worked with in my life (and I’m 60) for anything. She represents Standard Mortgage to a high degree assuring me of every step in the loan process. I never had to go “looking” for Madeline. She told me what she needed and I jumped on it. She showed the utmost professionalism, always working with me to move forward. She kept me apprised of all movement on my loan and it was obvious that she was on top of everything. She is kind and personable and honest. She was always in a good mood! She kept me informed of all forward movement and there was not one time in the whole process that she was the cause of any slow down. She works diligently to move the process forward. LHC was the cause of the slowdown by not keeping Standard Mortgage informed of current qualifications.
If the world worked as diligently as Madeline does, we would have less problems! Madeline reminded me of what it feels like to be a valued client. Does any other company employee do that? Not to her extent! She was always available to me! Standard Mortgage is beyond fortunate to have her. I hope her employer values her as much as I do. They should do whatever it takes to maintain her employment!
I strongly recommend Madeline at Standard Mortgage! She definitely went above and beyond all possible efforts to secure my loan! You won’t find a person that values your business more! She is AMAZING! And with a person of such high integrity, you’ll trust Standard Mortgage for taking care of your needs!

I contacted Standard Mortgage to apply for Equity Mortgage. When I tell you they (Madeline) made this process so straight forward, she was very knowledgeable, and explained each step of the process. Standard Mortgage did the original Mortgage on my Home. They also have a very user-friendly website, that allows you to access info about your mortgage, pay your monthly bill, and get up to date information about balances and other very important documents! I highly recommend Standard Mortgage!
