Actually, I was just returning a U-Haul that I rented in Tennessee, but from what I saw of the facilities, it looked really nice inside.

When a customer calls to make a change on their account. The front desk person should simply make the legal authorized change.
No questions, no disputes, simply make the change to my account.
Then the need to be rude or snide with remarks is unnecessary.
I simply wanted to make changes on my account, which were normal changes anyone can make.
Very rude staff, taking business elsewhere.

What can I say about this place?? I stood for about 5 mi items for someone to come to the front. Another customer came in and joined for about 5 additional minutes and left. Someone came from the back to use the bathroom but could not help because she "did not work at the front". When someone finally showed she said they did not have any availability! . The place is old and should be used for storing the types of things you would keep in an attic or basement you don't want but can't bring yourself to throw away.

I have had a very excellent experience with University Self Storage! The items I have stored appear to be in fine condition after many years of storage. The staff is always very kind and courteous. I recommend this place to all who need to store anything. the location is safe and it is high and dry, which is important in south Louisiana.

This place has a ton going for it, but the staff is ultimate reason to choose this facility above others. Ms. Rachelle and her team are IMPECCABLE! Level of service, attention to detail, and going above and beyond for the customer are the norm here...all on top of great prices and well kept facility.

I have worked with this storage facility for years. Nice office staff. Clean facility. Spacious elevator to upper floors. Dollies, carts and other moving tools available for use in the facility. Restroom on site available for use. Climate controlled spaces. Large. Nice amount of space with a lot of vertical space as well. Would recommend to anyone. Safety precautions in space to allow only tenants, including passcode entry point.

The facility is clean and the workers are really nice. I am disheartened though because we accidentally sent a payment twice a couple of times leaving us a couple of months ahead on our bill. When we emptied our unit and closed our account, University Self Storage said they could not issue a refund for our overpayment.A couple hundred dollars they just get to keep. They were real nice about telling me they couldn't give me back my money, though.

The storage units are roomy and affordable. When we had to upgrade to a larger unit it was done quickly and efficiently. The place is always clean and accessible and the staff always super nice! Such a pleasure doing business with them!

University Self Storage is the best place I've rented from. This is the cleanest place, there are no bugs or critters, no dust, floors are super clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. I am extremely pleased with this place.Karen Patin

I am thankful for the smiling greeting when entering the building and the warm "I can help you" attitude. The place is clean because I've seen some challenge facilities in Georgia. Thanks for taking care of the customer and their belongings.

The facility is secure and clean. Service is great and prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend if you're looking for storage space or a moving truck. ???
