I truly enjoyed staying at this property! I’ve stayed at Park Oaks for close to 3 years and I had no problems! The complex is under 15 mins to get into the city and feels secluded from the hustle and bustle of the Big Easy. You’re close by restaurants, gas stations and a few grocery stores so that’s also a plus too. Although they are modern units, renovations are happing to certain units. If you luck up on seeing an availability, take it!

Horrible staff a/c always breaking roach problems lazy maintenance always doing half a** work and not fixing the problem fully! Carpet got wet from a/c 3times first time got someone to come clean it 2nd and 3rd time they blew it off like nothing even happen so I had to clean my own! Say they coming on this day and time but don't show up until 5pm could have went to work but soon as rent is due they in your a** sending out letters!get y'all s*** together and control your bug problems then worry about your Tenants paying rent!

I've only been here for just a couple of months but I love this area and manager and maintenance men have always been so happy to help in anything you need or if you have any questions they will gladly answer. Grateful. The property is also very nice. Always kept up and the pool is absolutely beautiful.

I love my new home! The management and staff are phenomenal and really work with you through the entire leasing process. As for the grounds- they are beautifully maintained! The apartment was neat and clean and ready to go without a glitch on move-in day. The unit is in great condition and I couldn’t be happier. My pup also loves the property with plenty of space to explore on her walks and plenty of windows to watch the world go by during the day. We are thrilled with our new corner of the world!

Quaint, quiet, great location...landscaping on property is immaculate and I had one maintenance issue and that was handled within 24 hours.

I lived at Park Oaks apartments for 18 months. In that time they went through 3 property managers that I could tell. The only time I saw the property manager was when I dropped off my letter saying I was moving out but almost every time I called it was someone different that answered.
