(Good) Thursday before Easter and everyone is getting their manicures and pedicures done. 95% of all stores and restaurants will be closed on Easter Sunday and Good Monday. Art Nails & Spa is the best place to have your nails done in Monroe. Somewhat of an assembly line finished by a true meticulous artist. One can relax in a massage chair or soak your feet and get a foot massage before having your nails ? done. Reviewed 3/28/24.

The male working was very pushy when we were picking out our polish and it's not like they were in a hurry there were only 2 other people in the salon. The entire establishment was filthy and unsanitary. Hair stuck to the inside of the pedi cup holder. They used tools on my feet and then put them wet in a nasty bag and zipped it up. Old nail polish was still left on my toes when she was ready to put my new polish on. The floors were dirty and looked like nothing had ever been cleaned.

My wife patronized this establishment today for the first time and it will also be the last. She called me after her visit was abruptly cut short and expressed to me that she was treated rudely by a male staff member. My wife was upset and it also made me upset. We have choices and I expressed to her that our money shouldn’t go to anyone that does not treat their clients with respect.

This hidden gem in a shopping center off forsythe provided the best nail experience I've had since moving from Baton Rouge! The tech that did my nails is knowledgeable and friendly, but best of all - shapes nails to perfection! My coffin acrylic set is magazine quality at a great price. He also worked quickly - my old nails removed and the beautiful new set completed in about an hour. Art nails has won my business for life! Check this place out - trust me you will be thrilled!

I will never go here again they can barely speak English first of all...and they charged me extra for removing my nail polish that their tech messed up....but hay on the bright side I found a 100 on the ground when I was leaving...YAY!!!

I went in to get my nails from acrylic to solar, and I told that to the girl prepping them. Then the OWNER said u have to have them removed for they. The girl never said that! I said fine. Another girl went to paint my white tips and she painted a STRAIGHT LINE across the nail and couldn’t even curve it to look natural with with the polish removal. The owner argued with me saying u can’t do that. Yes u can! Even the utensil u use is CURVED for that purpose! The staff has become more RUDE over the years and there is dust everywhere. None of the staff can speak English in a Predominant English area. I do not recommend anyone going there!! The owner can’t even brush his hair!

This is the best nail salon in Monroe for acrylics! It is not swanky at all, but I'd rather beautiful nails then atmosphere. The male tech does a phenomenal job at great prices. There can be a wait on weekends but I happily wait bc I find him to be consistently great. I'm so glad I ignored other reviews and gave this place a shot.

Worst pedicure ever. They told me they had time to complete it. The whole time they rushed through and I had asked them to fix the polish due to how messy it was. They just painted over the already lumpy paint job. Then as it is drying the tech just walked out and went home. I spoke to the owner as I was leaving and explained it was the worst pedicure. He just charged me said thank you and walked away. I don’t suggest this place at all.Service: Pedicure

They were fast But they are not friendly people at all I will not be going back u are suppose to greet people when they come in your business n when they leave u say thank u for coming u guys come back these folks are rude they were quiet when coming in n quiet when leaving poor costumer service the worst one i been too..
