Absolutely GORGEOUS! We are SO pleased!
I needed a special bouquet for my Mother's milestone birthday. I live out of state, but called Brooks due to their long-established business in Monroe, La. I called the day before her birthday and Martha answered the phone. I wanted a specific arrangement from their website, but due to my short notice, she was honest and told me I would have to trust her with the flowers she had on hand, that she would do her best for me. I am NOT a trusting person, especially when it comes to my mother, my money, and extra special events. BUT... Martha knocked it out of the park! Go, Martha, Go!
My mother is known as "The Flower Lady" as she grows her own "flower farm" with all types of assorted flowers, so she might be a hard one to impress. I relayed that to Martha, and told her my mother usually created her own extravagant bouquets but her own flowers weren't quite ready for snipping. Martha made a custom arrangement for my mother that was fit for The Queen my mother is! My mother has sent me several photos of her bouquet and she is in LOVE. She is GREATLY impressed and so am I! Just look at all those lilies, astromarias, larkspur, delphinium, roses, liatris...Glorious! Martha's custom arrangement was even MORE beautiful than the one I originally wanted! And I just cannot say enough about how happy I am, that my mother's bouquet from Brooks made my beautiful mother SO HAPPY. (Attached photos are the entire bouquet and all four sides, plus a closeup of a FABulous rose my Mama is crushing on!) If you love this arrangement just ask for the "Just Trust Martha Birthday Special." ;)

Brooks is fabulous! I ordered a spray for a funeral. It was an out of town service and I was unable to attend the service. The family took a picture of the spray Brooks did and it was gorgeous and had a very generous amount of flowers. No hitches - the delivery was made on time. I am impressed and very thankful in their devotion to helping me honor my friend and her family.

Ordered the upgraded bouquet. Some of the flowers weren't even bloomed yet. There were way less than in the pictures.

I live in Atlanta but like to speak to a local florest when sending flowers out of state. I chose Brooks after reading the reviews and the experience was even better than expected. Martha went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the arrangements. She was very patient and customer service was excellent. Brooks will always be my choice to send beautiful flowers in Monroe.

I walked in at 10 o’clock this morning needing flowers for my wife’s birthday. The lady had 5 tickets already ahead of me and asked if I needed them quickly to which I replied yes. In 15 minutes she made a beautiful assortment of flowers for me. Amazing service!

I bought flowers for my mom, I live out of state so I ordered over the phone. She got them on time and she said she likes them, so that's all that really matters. But, the price I agreed to over the phone was $50, which is 40 for the flowers and 10 for a delivery fee. I was charged $65.16. I understand a 10% or so tax rate would be around 5 dollars, but that was $15 more than I was told over the phone.
