Banking is great but trying to get someone on the phone is horrible. I'm not sure why it takes so long and I actually waited over 50 minutes to get someone on the phone to resolve an issue. I've even tried contacting them by text and still there was no response. It's very frustrating.

Have been using Centric for years now and it’s the best Credit Union in the area! I highly recommend them! The CSR’s are friendly and knowledgeable and go above and beyond to “help you live better!” I can’t say enough good things about their CSR Jason Green, he’s the best of the best!

I give 1 star because of a horrible employee (Shelby) that works there. I did a partial payment and she personally froze my account. I will not be using this bank again. 9 years I’ve used this bank and has NEVER missed a payment.

I joined and was recommended for a loan application by a friend. I was accepted and approved without hassle or inadequate questions. The environment was friendly and the receptionist was very professional. I would recommend this institution to anyone.

My husband and I have been a member of Centric for over 20 years. We have not had any issues at any of the branches. We are always greated with a smile. Keep up the great work.

I always love going here. Friendly customer service representatives who do their best to help you no matter how big or how little your issue is. I love how they ask me how they can help me live better. I be tempted to tell them to give me the winning lottery numbers and I can make both our lives better...lol.

Hello to whomever it may concern im a Centric member who is having problems. I came to yall for help and was denied. This credit union states they're tired of problems and looking for solutions and will bend over backwards to help there members. Why Centric couldn't help me im not bashing anyone im just hurt.
