Had an extremely awkward and tense interaction with Miss Marsha, who was curt and dismissive and just walked right out of the office while I was talking. I was told the ladies there were so sweet. Didn't have that experience today whatsoever. Do better!

Went to cash a check written by one of their customers. They couldn’t cash it. Waited 15 minutes in drive through to find out they were unable to cash their own check. Craziness.

Terrible bank. With no warning we got a notice saying me and my wife were being terminated from their system. We’ve been with them 10 years and have put a lot of money into that bank. Then when I asked why, she said she couldn’t tell me. Oh so you can draw interest off mine and my wife’s account for ten years but you can’t explain why we now have to change banks. Karma will catch up with you . And the lady I talked to, Melissa Foster, didn’t seem to have a care in the world about talking to me. I am absolutely furious right now.

My client, who is an investor, and I were struggling to obtain financing from numerous banks around town that were so-called Small Business friendly. After several attempts at different places, we were introduced to Jamie Clute at Progressive Bank and she was the missing piece to our puzzle. She saw that my client was more than viable and was able to originate a Commercial Loan for him. Not only was she able to provide us with financing options, she also took care of the entire loan process from beginning to end. This was, essentially, white glove service....the same service I provide to all of my clients.

Awesome Service from Betsy Busby Today..She brought this" Baby Boomer" up to speed with the bank's electronic banking products.. She walked me through P2P, bank to bank transfer, and mobile deposit... I was still driving to bank for deposit transactions ..ALthough I will miss the Ladies at Lamy Lane who provide excellent service with a SMILE, I am loving this convenient service for me..
