I currently waiting over 20 minutes and counting behind a Jaguar because I was trapped and couldn’t slide over to the next lane… Signing a car up for a membership should not take so long and training needs to be done.. A standard operating procedure needs to be put in place where the lane is blocked off and or other measures taken so that the entry is not blocked..
Pulling the car thru and parked on the side while the sign up is taking place is another idea.. This is flat out ridiculous.. The Jaguar license plate is 954-DBY and the black female servicing her needs training..

Car wash is good overall and gets most cars clean,,,just beware that some rims and
back ends of cars won't be totally clean,,,they may let u go back through ,,depending on manager,,,but my rims never come completely clean,,and all I get is the $20 wash,,also they should be able to get better coverage of tires with armoral or whatever tire shine they use...

Great car wash and staff is awesome. Chad always greats customers with a smile and makes sure we have the wiping towels to clean windows. Have been going since they opened a few years ago and will continue into the future

When I moved from Mississippi, my RFID sticker wasn’t letting me in the car wash in Nola. The man with the beard figured out that I had two accounts from Mississippi so he had me renew my membership here in Nola (I have a screenshot from my Apple Pay that shows the payment was made physically in Louisiana). He let me into the car wash manually and then told me the next time I came through it wouldn’t be an issue because he was going to delete one of my accounts. I came today and was told I couldn’t possibly have made a payment here and basically accused to be a liar. He wouldn’t let me in the car wash because he said I had to pay my membership again. Tell me why I have to pay it twice when I haven’t even gotten to use it once? I bought this car new off the lot and this car wash is conveniently located near where I live so I wanted to be a premium monthly subscription member. Now I guess I just have to find a different car wash.
