I lived here for six months before relocating to another state, and I can't recommend this place enough! The community is fantastic, and the staff, especially Gaby and Giselle, went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. They were always kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. I leased at the Beacon for a year and I can say that was as a truly great experience, not just because of the location; restaurants, galleries and the proximity to my job, also because of the people. Gaby is an extraordinary leasing specialist! Also, the concierge is not just helpful and friendly, they always take an extra mile in addressing what you need and make you feel at home. I definitely recommend the beacon if you’re interested in living at CBD. I’ll miss this place so much!

Lived here for a year before moving states and would highly recommend! Gaby the leasing specialist is extremely helpful and reliable. Clean building, safe and secure, and great layout for a 2bed with amazing large windows and kitchen island.

I moved into The Beacon early 2023. I absolutely loved living here and could not recommend it enough. Gaby and Diana (staff) are absolutely amazing! Move in, move out, support, maintenance, everything has been phenomenal. It’s a great location, the building/common areas are always clean and the building is very secure. The only reason I’ve moved out was due to purchasing a home and I considered backing out to stay here longer.

This place always uses the only southbound lane on Girod for deliveries and pickups, causing a lot of traffic and unsafe driving conditions. USE YOUR LOADING ZONE AND STOP BLOCKING THE STREET

The beacon was probably one of the best apartments we’ve ever had, the staff was absolutely amazing, always helpful always there for us, the location was perfect, close to everything walking distance from restaurants and also very convenient in front of rouses. The building/amenities were ideal for us.
We miss the beacon dearly but in particular we miss the staff, if you are considering moving to New Orleans the beacon is without a doubt the best complex you can find!

I’ve been a resident at The Beacon for about 2 years now and I couldn’t be happier. The location is very convenient and lively. My experience here has been great especially with Gaby and Diana always making me feel at home. Property is clean and well maintained, the staff here is exceptional.

I've lived here for about 5 months and it is honestly amazing. The staff (Diana and Gaby), the maintenance team, and just the overall atmosphere is great. Definitely recommend if you wanna live near all the action in New Orleans, not named bourbon street ?

I always brag about how great this property is- from the style/cleanliness of the building to the amazing amenities and staff! I’ve had such a great experience living here in just my one year in New Orleans and cannot imagine living anywhere else. Gabi was an immense help during my lease renewal process and the front desk staff are always so friendly and inviting. Definitely a place worth living.

The Beacon is an outstanding apartment building in fantastic area in New Orleans. Gaby has also been extremely considerate of my requests and she does her absolute best to make you feel welcome. The maintenance staff here is also some of the best I've ever seen and there is probably no better building in the area to be a dog owner.
