Great customer service, quick to repair, fair prices. What more could you ask for.
Thought it would be a week to get our work done because of the holidays but they pulled out some magic for us and got it done in less than a day. Will definitely be bringing all my auto business this way. Soometimes you luck out and find a great mechanic. This is them.

I contacted them for service to my vehicle. From the minute I called, speaking with the secretary I realized that this would be a good encounter. The representative took time to explain to me what was needing to be done and promised to contact me before doing anything outside of what was discussed. I will definitely will
be returning for any future repairs!

I had gotten my AC and heater fixed, along with tire, and a new state registration, and it was all at an amazing price along with great service. I've never been to any other dealership that treats it's customers as well as these guys. And they do what is needed, like other places I've been to where they want to replace everything, when all is needed is one part replaced. Specialty Automotive is one of the best mechanic shops I've been to.

Johnny did an outstanding job on taking care of one of our customers. We operate a small rental car business and had an unfortunate event of a breakdown there in LaFayette. Johnny was thorough and dutiful to complete the repair. I would highly recommend this company for its honesty, due diligence and timely repair!

They stay busy, I called to bring my truck in, we scheduled a day, and they got it up and running that day. Here I though it would take multiple visits. Great Price and Great Staff! I will be going back when I need more work done.

I brought my SUV there in March of this year. Asked to have my engine mounts changed. Paid $1,148 and when I turned on my vehicle to leave, it was making this crazy noise. I informed the technician that performed the job. He had me leave my vehicle to see what they did wrong. Four days later the owner, Johnny calls me saying they don't know what they did. I took my vehicle to the Honda Dealership and was informed that the job was done horribly and they actually had a necessary part that was missing! I had to pay Honda to redo the same job properly and had to pay another $1200. Didn't even get an apology. Women are taken advantage of.
