The staff at the store were extremely helpful. The only thing Im upset with - I was automatically signed up for a magazine subscription upon checking out. I had no idea !!! Now I have been trying to cancel a $15 a month magazine subscription for the last couple weeks !!

Asked for a certain magazine and they said that they had not come in yet and the young lady had takened my number and said they would call me in a few days to let me know when they came in. But I guess she lied to me cause I still haven't gotten that call and that was 3 weeks ago .

Couldn't find the book I came in for and couldn't get help from anyone. Front lady was as helpful as she could be. But she called for help for me and they showed up 20 minutes later after I finally gave up

Amazing experience and large selection of books. My kids enjoyed shopping in the junior section. Plus, I loved the starbucks as well. The ladies at the front counter were very nice and friendly. We will be returning.
