I have used this pharmacy to fill prescriptions after doctor visits for my mom and each time the customer service gets worse. They are supper slow even when I drop the prescription off the day before. It’s never ready. My mom had surgery and I dropped the prescription off the day before she was to be discharged letting them know that we were traveling from another state. The prescription wasn’t ready the day of drop off nor was it ready the next day. This pharmacy is absolutely terrible when it comes to servicing customers. They aren’t very friendly and have no sense of urgency. I would give less than one star if that were an option. The only reason I keep using them is because they seem to be the only pharmacy close to the surgery center that carries the medication.

Google hours are till 7 pm on Friday …walked in at 6:05 to a sign that says closed at 5 !!!!! what is the working person suppose to do if hours are 9-5 closed on the weekends?

The Absolute WORST Customer Service!!!
I came to DROP Off a Prescription for my daughter who had just had a baby.... And the pharmacy tech(Tahj) goes through the process of gathering my information...(and asks for her Medicaid card ...AGAIN!!!!) Yes they've done this before! Since the Walgreen Switch Over! However, That's not what Behooves me... It's the fact that THEY ( TAHJ And PRINCESS) COULDN'T LOCATE MY DAUGHTER'S INFORMATION IN THE SYSTEM WHEN SHE'S A REGULAR CUSTOMER! (YET She Logged on and Pulled Up Her Info in About FIVE Minutes With a Crying Newborn in Her Arm and in Pain!!!) While TAHJ CONTINUED TO EAT HER CUPCAKE! Really??? AT THIS POINT Just give me the Prescription!!! I'll go Elsewhere! ?? I know you were about to close but all I was doing was DROPPING OFF!!!

Brookshire’s biggest mistake selling pharmacy to Walgreens! Customer service is horrendous! They have lost multiple scripts and even the lovely Brookshire’s employees have turned into regular old Walgreens employees. There is a t reason I stopped using Walgreens years ago!!! I’ll be moving on again!

They are cery one sided and obviously dont know much about their degree and profcian or the laws in such. If i fill one pill put of 30 it no longer is a new and there for crappd out. I was prescribed and flled from t BEFORE MY DOC LOST HIS STUFF THERE FOR YALL THREE AWAY A MEDINE THAT WAS LEGALLY ENTITLED PROMISED AND ESSENTIAL FOR MY LIFE MY HEALTH MY FAMILY AND BY DOING SO YOUR REAPONSIBKE FPR NY DEFONTE ILL AND LOSS PF JOB,THREAT TO MY MOND AND LIFE.
