I dont like Cap 1 as a Corp. Id switch but i don't want the hastle of moving all my accounts. They don't take care of long time customers.
Staff is always excellent.

If I could give this bank zero stars I would. STAY AWAY from Capital One. They wrongfully accused me of fraud without even looking into a check I deposited written to me by my own mother. Even after she attempted to correct things, they had already made their decision and closed both our accounts. They told me I am never allowed to do business with them again. I had proof of the mobile deposit check image, when I went to take a screenshot of the image they had already removed it. It was not even a significant amount of money by any means. Less than $200. I have ZERO access to my money and up until now had been a customer for well over 15 years. NEVER AGAIN, even if they’d allowed me to do so. Terrible and disappointing. I don’t think I’ve ever written a review, but this called for one. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this joke of a bank.

Parking is horrible. The bank tellers are really nice. The greeters in The bank are nice as well.

Drive thru ATM didn't work had to park and use other one
