I was suppose to receive a package which showed it was delivered to me at 7:56pm on Wednesday night but I NEVER received it. I called the next morning the FedEx location which my notice said it was received at and the supervisor claimed it was a glitch in the system that sent out a notice stating it was delivered and signed by someone and my package was on the truck for delivery for the next day. I still NEVER received it! I keep getting notifications stating it’s been delivered to me which it hasn’t. I have ring cameras all around so it would have picked up video footage if it was delivered to my address. FedEx is doing nothing to try to locate my package. The driver probably dropped it off at another address and couldn’t retrieve it. But I’m so frustrated because they are doing nothing to rectify the problem.

THE ONE CLERK THAT SHIPPED MY ITEMS WAS NOT POLITE AT ALL. I DO BELIEVE THAT IT IS O LY W THAT WORK THERE. SHE IS NEVER POLITE WHEN I GO THERE BUT I SHIP A LOT ON THE WEEKENDS AND THE OTHER LOCATION I DONT BELIEVE IS OPEN ON THE WEEKENDS. IF IT WERE NOT FOR THAT, I WOULD NOT GO HERE.

Fed ex sucks. They were supposed to deliver a product, but did not. They lied an said they tried to deliver it but we were here all day and they never showed up. My product is perishable and suffered from negligence on proper delivery. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone!

Racist as it gets at this site. From the driver not wanting to hand us the package at his vehicle and claiming we weren't there and then he was afraid of dogs, yet delivering a package 2 days later and leaving a door tag that he missed is guess he got over his fear, this driver just didmt eant to get out of his van that day ,to the rude ladies in the store that were nice until a different race walks thru the door. On 2 different events I tried to go in this store and both times they tried multiple ploys to get out of doing there job from claiming wrong type of tape to not correct box yet they shipped it from 6 states away in that box. These people are as lazy as it gets that's fine but just be lazy put a sign up that your closesd don't let people in so you can be rude and nasty. Talked to manager too he apologized but wouldn't do anything about the rude help he has. You know when someone is wearing a mask 4years after COVID your gonna have problems.

Lazy, driver will not deliver to my door. Claims I'm not home when I'm sitting 10 ft from my front door. Leaves packages in front of my garage door, 15 ft from the street.

This is the most worthless organization I have ever used. They said the attempted a package delivery the other day. I was home all day and no one from FedEx came to my house. And this is not the 1st time this has happened.

When it shows your package being delivered that's not on the driver and the stops are scheduled so if you have a problem with your scheduled times go pick it up yourself being that I'm a certified driver myself being disrespectful is one thing being down right mean is disturbing do your job and leave ours alone have a beautiful day
