The homes are in terrible shape. They are trashy and definitely not ready for move in.

Unprofessional company was in a house and had to move due to it being unsafe and unsanitary home has black mold all throughout,rat that had baby rats,rat feces,walls are very flimsy due to moisture from the roof that had a leak,there was a open septic hole the septic had backed up in the house to where you couldnt cook due to not being able to use the sinks cause backed up sewage in them toilet clogged dishwasher and washer couldnt use septicwater would pour out under the dishwasher,our baby fell into the wall and ut caved in on him the wall had black mold all behind it and they covered it with a plywood board we have had illness due to these unsanitary issues please dont waste your time money or familys health. The owner believed it was still in livable condition which is a joke the address is 135 Skipper Drive In Haughton the neighbors have also stated theres nothing but problems at the house and its unsafe and unsanitary. Please dont take the chance we have had nothing but problems from the owner with the house Darlene Tarrance
