I worked with Cade Johnson online and then in person. He was very knoweldgeable and very professional! So much respect for this young man. He was straight forward with everything and even went above and beyond dealing with us. I can't recommend this young man enough. After I purchased my new Jeep he spent at least 30 min explaining all the technology and features of my new Jeep. Finance team was great as well. I was happy leaving their place. I have never felt this way at a dealership ever before.

shout out to the service guys Hebert's Town and Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Thursday my dodge started making a small sqweek... by sat morning it was a rolling growl and I knew it was a bad wheel bearing. I was a anxious mess knowing that this coming week is the first time I really needed my truck to drive to PAFRA finals in New Mexico. Well nate,lc, and the service manager got me a new wheelbearing&hub with brake pads in short time ! It wasn't cheap but I'm glad I'll still be able to make it out!

I went in for an oil change. I was charged full price for it. I told the service guy that it should be covered in my warranty. He said it was not. I came home and viewed my warranty. It was definitely covered!. I also called the dealership where I purchased my car, and I was told that it was covered when he pulled it up. Just a simple scroll down would have voided this.

Everything about Hebert’s is top shelf. The people are very professional and accommodating. Never felt pressured. The atmosphere was great and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. Not to mention that I got a great car. Will definitely be back when I am in the market again.
