I recently had the best car buying experience ever. I asked my Service Manager (of whom I trust), Sam, to introduce me to a non-pressure salesman. He immediately said I have the perfect guy. Diego did not pressure me at all, he was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, and we negotiated via text. It was his approach that lead me to buying my 2026 Honda CRV Hybrid. The deal ended with ease as Max explained my warranty options and the manager, Jason, ensuring that I was completely satisfied. No tricks at all, when something did not appear right they looked at it, gave me an honest answer and addressed my concern without hassle. A couple of years ago I was becoming concerned about the service at Holmes Honda. But this new team has me loyal forever!!!

Madison Begbie is a great service advisor. Very knowledgeable about Honda’s vehicles and services that are needed. Great at communicating my vehicles status while being worked on. I’m glad Honda assigned Madison as a service advisor anytime my vehicle is there. 5 stars is not enough, she deserves 10 for outstanding service.

Don’t have enough good things to say about this dealership. They helped my girlfriend get into her first vehicle last week and felt no pressure. Holmes Honda definitely provides excellent, friendly and informative customer care support for all their customers needs. We visited five different dealerships in one day, and Andrew stood out as the best salesman we worked with by far. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and answered every question without ever being pushy or overbearing. What really impressed us was his genuine care, even though we didn’t end up purchasing from Holmes Honda, he reached out the next day not to make another sales pitch, but simply to make sure we found the right car for our family. In all my years of car buying, Andrew is hands-down the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend asking for him!

When it was time to replace my old Honda Accord I knew I would only get another Honda. Salesperson, Jennifer Elkins, greeted me and listened to my preferences. Then she showed me the models that I expressed interest in. She was friendly and energetic. We looked at pre-owned CR-Vs and HR-Vs and took a test drive. Jennifer walked me through the paperwork and answered every question. Without hesitation, I recommend Holmes Honda. And when you get there ask for Jennifer Elkins.
