So a couple of weeks ago pawned my paint rig with who I believe was the owner. Very friendly guy. I went back 2 weeks later and the other person that was there said he wouldn't take it bc it might not work he said even tho I could turn it on and prove it. Anyone know of a place that isn't different answers depending on the person? The rig is only 9 months old. I need consistency not sporaticness so I won't use Max's pawn anymore and won't recommend either.

This store needs to go out of business this is the worst Pawn shop I ever been to I went to get my item out an the man told me one price to get it out an change the price up more to get my item out then they charge u more money if u don't have a ticket an there receipts fade smh as long as I got my license I should not be charge more an the man talk to me so bad told me never come back to the store cause I told him they was ripping people off to get more money from the item that I wanted to get out I will never go back there again not good customer service

The worst pawn shop in Shreveport. They sold me a ps4 controller that didn’t work and refused to refund or replace it. Also they sold me some nugget earrings that broke within a week and refused to fix them

Max's is the place to do your Christmas shopping. I got the best deals. Sophia and Michael really helped me this Christmas season they got very nice things for an excellent price and the customer service was exquisite. ?IM GOING BACK TO MAX'S, TO MAX'S PAWN SHOP .

Great service friendly people. High quality clean laptops. Looking for an extra laptop for our business for training videos and didn't want to spend a lot. They had new ones still in the box and many to chose from. Very clean and honest happy people - offer a 30 day warranty. TVs, tools, musical instruments, etc. all clean and organized. Highly recommend!

I came in to get a loan and was treated with respect and kindness. I have been to many pawn shops in many states and I can honestly say that these gentlemen know the definition of customer service. I highly recommend them and I will definitely go back for future purchases.

My little brother and I walked in to Maxs pawn shop (first time ever visiting a pawn shop) and we had the best experience! My little brother is a musician and he picked up a guitar and started playing. Immediately Mr. Mickey Gill came over and did a little picking on the guitar with my brother. I definitely recommend going into Maxs pawn shop for the best friendly service! Thank y'all for making my brothers first visit to a pawn shop exceptional!

The guys at Maxs Pawn shop are awesome!! I went in to sell a piece of jewelry and I had no idea how much it was actually worth. The guys there did not hesitate to tell me that I wasn't asking enough for it. Very honest people up there!! Made us feel like family in the short time my daughter and I were there. Will definitely bring jewelry to them in the future.

Anthony was amazing!!!! He was a big help. He took his time to explain the difference in the guns and ammo I was looking at. Before I came in I had no knowledge of guns or what I was really looking for but after I left I know a lot more because of this young man.
