Technician was very knowledgeable. Parts were ordered same day and stovetop was repaired within 5 days of original service call. Amazing service. The appointment was given quickly and Dylan showed up as planned. He was very knowledgeable and found our problem. Parts were ordered and received in a timely manner. Dylan returned to install new parts and we are good to go.
