So we have had an interesting back and forth over some items that were overlooked on my mother in laws vehicle that she purchased from Orr. I’m sure there was a simple explanation for the over sight but never the less some of those small things were turning into major problems. We alerted the dealership about our issues and after some back and forth they made good on her deal. Most places would’ve blown her off and at first I was concerned that this would be a similar experience. However I’m happy to report that it wasn’t, once the right people heard our concerns her vehicle was fixed over a year after her purchase. And not just a small fix, this was a semi major repair. With every reason to try to get out of taking responsibility, they stepped up to the plate and did the right thing by this customer. A few thousand dollars is a drop in the bucket to a big dealership such as this, but they saw that doing the right thing will 10X your their investment every time. If I ever buy a Cadillac, it will be from ORR and I recommend you do the same.

Update:
I have updated my rating, but only to a 3 since the GM only responded once with, "Sorry for the delay. I'm looking into your situation now. Myself or Aaron will reach out to you shortly." That was on 6/10/24. He never responded to any other calls or texts.
On 8/6/24, Aaron did finally return my call, and everything is corrected. I'm not sure if it was just lack of communication between he and GM Jamie or what, but I do appreciate Aaron's promptness in getting it corrected yesterday after finally speaking with me.
Sales was great! However, the finance manager Aaron Nelson listed the incorrect VIN on all my documents, including warranties and upgrades. I have contacted both Aaron and the General Manager Jamie Eguia via text and phone calls. After nearly a year, they have still not returned my calls or texts to have the issue corrected. I am currently working with Orr Cadillac in Texarkana to get this corrected so that I can use my warranties and upgrades.
Purchased November 2023 with no response from either as of August 2024
If Aaron or Jamie would like to finally contact me back to resolve this issue, I will possibly update my rating.

Engine on the new Cadillac CT5V blackwing that I purchased failed after 10 months. Had to argue with dealer to get a loaner car— they initially told me it would have to be in the shop for a week before I would qualify despite being under warranty. Took them almost 3 months to fix the car. General manager Jamie Eguia has a lot to learn about customer service on the sales side— couldn’t care less about burning bridges forever. Would not pick up car or provide transportation for me to get back home (two hours away). Will never be purchasing anything from Orr dealerships in the future purely because of his poor treatment.

Dishonest employees from the salesman (Tevin) to finance manager (Aaron) to the GM (Jefuia) would never patronize this business again. Purchased a vehicle and the next day the CEL came on. They had the vehicle a month to be exact and doing the duration, charged me for gap and extended warranty. I asked for gap to be removed and Aaron tried to be cocky and arrogant and state he would get his account to remove it once the deal is funded. I found out two months later, they never asked for it to be removed. In addition to that I was just informed I got an oil change plan that consists of 2 oil changes a year, total two years and was billed $1k for this package. Not one time was this mentioned or suggested to me.

April 29, 2024, we purchased a 2024 Cadillac CT4. This our fifth purchase from ORR. I love the cars we bought from Orr in the past but we adored the customer service from the sales team even more, which is the reason we kept coming back until NOW! Unfortunately, we are highly disappointed in the treatment we are receiving with this last purchase. All the car purchases we've had from various dealerships in Louisiana and Texas, we have never encountered what we are hoing through now with ORR Cadillac of Shreveport. After we have signed all the legal documents and brought our car home, almost a month later, we are getting calls saying there was a misunderstanding between the dealership and finance company with the documents and we need to come up with a down payment of $2,000 and my note will go up another $90!! WOW, we provided everything that we was asked and both of us, the finance person and myself signed all the paperwork (legal and binding contract) and we drove our new car home. We did not mislead them nor was there any malciuous intent to deprive them in any so why are we being asked to come back and redo the deal for a mistake the finance team and the lender made? We finalized all the paperwork, were given the keys, a took our vehicle home thinking its a done deal. Now I'm told they need to expedite to rectify their mistake and either bring $2,000 and accept the increase in the car note which puts myself in a financial bind or I will have to take my mom's mother day gift back! We are highly disappointed with the finance team so Be cautious when doing business with Orr CADILLAC of Shreveport. The sales Team is phenomenal but after that the finance team needs training or need to be replaced. I had to give 1 star because the computer doesn't allow for 0 stars
