I have a 1984 Chevy Impala and I have had this car for 30+ years. Once Covid hit it sat for the about 4 years! I even at one point was selling it and nobody had the funds to purchase it at the time! I am so glad I kept it because this shop has brought it back to life and to be honest it’s gonna last another 30 years. They are honest and hard working and the make sure that before they work on anything they notify you. Prices are the best I’ve came across in Shreveport/Bossier since I’ve moved here! I won’t take any vehicles anywhere else! Thanks guys

Had transmission rebuilt in my Tahoe, service was done on time, done right, and didn't exceed the amount quoted. I would highly recommend anyone needing transmission work to seek out Professional Transmission.

Rebuilt a transmission 15 months ago and went out all of a sudden. They refuse to work with us on repairing it and want to charge us full price to rebuild it again. Will never to business with them again. Can't even talk to the owner.

Spent 7500 for rebuit motor and two years still waiting. Picked the truck up 5 times from Arkansas and have broke down within 10 miles all 5 times. When I call I get told to shut up and they have problems and they're gonna fix it. Still waiting wouldn't recommend thus place to my worst enemy

These guys replaced my clutch in my 2016 Ford Mustang GT with a manual. Price was fair, work was good and the people were cool. I'd recommend this place for transmission work when your car gets out of warranty

I would not recommend. I’ve used this company for a while now, normally I have no issues with them. Unfortunately, this time was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The work I asked to be completed was not finished correctly. Along with my front end being in great condition, when I pulled my truck out going home there was issues due to them messing with something that wasn’t supposed to be touched. My dust cover was bent eating my rotor up. Not what I was for repair. Didn’t clean up old leaks after repair. Nuts missing as well.
