This is the best regions ever! Not to mention the ladies behind the desk are extremely nice and very helpful and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to open an account!

This is the slowest bank in the city. I personally do not bank with them, however the company that I work for does. I have to make 3-4 bank runs a week. Every time I enter the branch manager may speak upon entry and times she may not but when she does she’s always asking if I want to open an account with them. My answer is absolutely not because the only reason I remain patient with them is due to my job but if I had a personal account I would pull every penny I have out because they are the slowest and have no sense of urgency when getting customers in and out of the bank.

AWFUL over $3,000 stolen from my account. Your loss not mine. Maybe you learned antics from JP Morgan. Although i would like to believe that the management staff is great and not responsible....You need tighter security .

I've recently used Cura Muse at this branch. She has handled all my questions and needs swiftly and efficiently. I highly recommend her for anything you need at the bank. If she can't help you she doesn't hand you off or send you away with the wrong information, she figures it out or gets help from someone who knows while still keeping you on the line. She has been excellent at working with me even thought my schedule has been less than flexible. She has a great down to earth personality and didn't make me feel inconvenient or unprepared.

I went into this branch not knowing what I needed to do to be able to get to where I wanted to be in my financial situation, Cura was there and eager to help me! She was so polite and helpful in figuring out what my next step was! Thank you!

I went to the bank frustrated about my account, but by the time I left Cura turned my whole day around. She quickly solved my issue and did it with a smile on her face even tho I wasn't too nice at first. She is very professional and I will keep on banking there as long as she is there!

I absolutely love this branch! Everytime I walk in I see a bright familiar face waiting to assist me and that would be the face of Cura. From the time I walk in to the time I leave, her customer service is impeccable. Thank you! I will definitely come back.

Regions Bank on Line Avenue ain't no good at all and I will not be going back to them ever again. They don't know how to treat there customers. They talk about there customers while they standing or sitting in the drive thru and I asked them was there a problem. They are so unprofessional and this happened today on August 11, 2017 . Had the most worse experience with them today 2/27/2017 and I never went through what I went through today. I will never go back here again. I advised everyone to leave Regions Bank cause they are no good at all and they have the nerve to talk about people. I will never go back to them again. Regions Bank on Line Avenue ain't no good at all. I went there today and the guy that works the drive thru wanna talk about me to the lady that was standing next to him and I had to ask them was there a problem. I'm so done with Regions Bank on Line Avenue. I wish I could give them a zero. That's what they deserve a zero. This happened today on August 11,2017
