Had a horrible experience recently. This bank cleared a check for me and I went through the proper channels as in waiting on the hold to be cleared. Once cleared i thought everything was fine until I woke up one morning and the check was gone and my account was in the negative. Tried getting some understanding in regards to my account in person. Everyone I spoke with told me that I would need to wait until the check return was out of pending status to assist me.(ok cool) So the next day once check is out of pending status I called Alaina the banker to get some clear understanding regarding my account status and she told me that I couldn’t make an appointment because they are too busy and too short staffed to assist me in person and handed me off to the 1800 #. I was immediately able to get the answers I was looking for thanks to the kind lady (can’t remember her name). I just feel as Alana could have done the same thing the 1800 # did which is take a look at my statements, LISTEN to me (because had she listened instead of brushing me off immediately) she would know that some of those purchases were canceled and not active purchases and she could have kindly informed me that it would take 3-5 business days before my account would return to the accurate amount. But NO SHE WAS TOO BUSY FOR ME in her words. You should never be TOO BUSY for a customer. Once my account is back in the positive, I will be closing my account with Regions. Because clearing a check from a “closed account” should have been caught way before we reached this point!! And it is very inconvenient to have issues with YOUR money and the very people who is supposed to be assisting you are rude about it because it is not THEIR money

The staff I met with was extremely helpful and kind. Went in for a new card and walked away with so much helpful information and a feeling of a new start.

The ATM at this location isn’t working most of the time.I can’t always get to the bank when they are open and rely on the ATM to deposit my checks. This on going problem needs to be addressed.

Ms. T as she likes to be called, Teneatha Holloway, was very rude and worked in a very untimely manner. She blamed it on it being just her and one other person working… well when you tell my daughter you will follow up with her a week and a half ago and she calls you twice with no answer, it’s very unprofessional. Needless to say we still don’t have answers and my daughter is being charged fees from another company after speaking with Ms. T and her giving her guidance. Very disappointed and upset this lady would treat my daughter this way when she’s trying to build her credit.

Ive never had any issues with this branch. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I do wish they could extend their drive thru banking hours.

They take people's money and make them incurre fees from every which way. I am writing this because of an injustice they have done to my dearest friend. What happened was not his fault. It was computer error on their behalf. I am on a mission to give warning to everyone I can !

The guy that works the drive through is the best thing about this branch and the only reason for the extra star. He deserves 5 stars but for the rest 1 Star is being too kind. He's friendly, nice, and professional. I walked in and there were four people at the front register and he was the ONLY one to greet me yet he was working drive thru. The other four couldn't be bothered to end their conversations so he had to come and assist me too. I think next time I'll just stick to the atm instead of going into this branch. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!
