So this store is a franchise , not a corporate store. And they don't have to honor the sale prices or brochure prices in the store. It's a big let down to shop there and not get the savings that I would at the Monroe or Alexandria stores. I won't waste my time coming back I'll drive the extra 30 mins to reach the other stores

That Kelly woman needs to find somewhere else to work where she is not around the public. She was so rude to me. All I did was ask question and she started talking down to me and was very sarcastic and treated me like I was stupid. I will never go back there and will let my counterparts know not to shop there. I left the store without purchasing anything. I was shaking when I got to my car. I have never been treated this way by a sales person, ever! I have never left a review before anywhere but this person needs to be pointed out to management. She should be fired for the way she treated me. I wonder how many other people she has treated this way who won’t report her.
