I moved downtown a yr ago and the move-in process involved tons of Amazon deliveries and returns, of course. I could have gone to places closer to me, but I chose the UPS Store because they always get it right. Everyone working there including Inki and Lance are friendly and helpful. It’s been very busy sometimes when I’m there, but they steadily get everyone taken care of. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Inki and the folks at my uptown Shreveport, LA UPS store are warm, friendly, and always helpful. The other overnight carriers don't stand a chance against these guys. In this case, the UPS stands for ultimate personal service.
