I would like to complement one of your associates at this store whose name I believe is Caleb. He saw I was having a problem downloading a PDF which I required to be laminated. He quickly found the problem, which at first sight seemed unsolvable. However, he quickly found a work around and stayed with me until the task was completed.
I cannot remember the last time I received such good service. Thank you very much.

Adding to my previous review - I had reason to visit this store again and just like my first visit, the service and helpfulness of the associate who served me was fantastic, even though the amount of the transaction was less than a dollar!

Employee didn’t void a return they couldn’t take my return yesterday somehow now that’s my problem. Manager is useless as well.

It's easy to get to and not too difficult to find if you don't know where you're going.
The parking lot is big size with handicap parking.
The store is always clean and employees helpful. I go here often - sad to say is usually to return Amazon items 🥹
It's not usually over busy, but during the Holiday Season they can get backed up. Even so, they are always fully staffed and ready to meet the customers flowing in.
They have mailboxes for rent, various office supplies, and can help you package and items you need boxes for.
Oh, and copying machines if you need ! There are many other items and services they offer. Check em out !!

Awful place. I think the ones that aren’t Indian are stoners and the Indians that own the place are so rude. Also they do not help when there are issues with the stuff they send and ups will not help if you ship from a ups store so you are kind of screwed

I’m usually not the one to leave anyone a bad review but this UPS store always gives me a a bad experience. I’ve only been twice but the 2 times that I did go have not been pleasant. The first time I went, I had a prepaid label and paid for an ups box. The man at the counter made me pay another $3 for a box. When I told him that I had already purchased on I was supposed to just pick it up he said that my receipt and proof was invalid. I didn’t understand. He was getting angry with me because I told him that I never had to do that before. I mean it’s just $3 but I didn’t understand why. He told me that he could give me an amazon box but the shipping would take longer. When I asked the other associate for clarification, he started talking to the employee like I wasn’t there. I just left because I didn’t want to cause a scene. Today when I came in to drop something off, the gentleman at the counter starched it out of my hand before he scanned it. He handed me my receipt without making any kind of eye contact with me. When I took the receipt I said “thank you”. He didn’t say a word, so I said it again. “Thank you”. He just looked at me a said “yea”. I’m just over coming here. I hope no one else has experiences like I do at this location.

Chris at the 70th St. location in Shreveport, La is very rude, prejudice (maybe racist), and unprofessional. We made a purchase from Amazon and had the package shipped to the UPS store so that someone would be able to receive it if we were not home. The website indicated that the person who picked up the package would need an identification, the name of the person the item was being sent to, and the shipping address. My son’s girlfriend went to pick up the package and Chris tells her that he can’t give her the package because my son is not there. He then tells her that he doesn’t know her and doesn’t feel comfortable giving her the package because he doesn’t know what she is going to do with the package if he gives it to her. My son then calls the store to verify his information with Chris and tells him that he wants his girlfriend to receive the item. My son further explains to Chris about the instructions for pickup on the website. Chris then explains to him that the store location is a franchise and the information on the website does not apply to them and hangs up the phone in his face. He then turns and tells my son’s girlfriend “If I knew you, I would feel more comfortable giving it to you.” I then call to find out who the manager is and the name of the “worker” that my son’s girlfriend was dealing with only to be treated with the same rudeness and disrespect that Chris had shown my son and his girlfriend and have Chris hang the phone up in my face as well. The item was a birthday gift for my youngest son that had been delayed in shipping but was not a very expensive item at all! We feel so disrespected and discriminated against and will NEVER use this location ever again!
