After they lost a very special birthday package for my niece, and it was never found nor did I receive the 50$ insurance money either, and they just kept giving me the run-around for two months, I gave up on ever using them to mail any package! And I give the same advice to anyone.

This mail company needs to go out of business I had got behind on my bills waiting on this mail to come it said it was coming Wednesday an it is Thursday I thought I suppose to get my mail the same day smh worse mail company I ever seen

They are back at it again, making up reasons on why they cannot deliver a package. They delivered all the other items but one package on the same day because of some mysterious reason of "something" blocking the door!!! Please bring me my package!

Looks like a haunted place with broken multiple glass doors broken, sign is too faded it should be bright. Inside dirty. It was this way last year with blue boxes out front taped up.

The worst post office on the city .The carriers always leaving packages at ten wrong address.The older genTelemann that is the supervisor is rude and clueless.The lines out the door ...if it's two workers ... one of the workers always holds a long conversation with customer in which delays for the next customer .Close it down and get people who wanga to work including the nasty workers in the back

I live on Mackey Ln. I received a email update that my medscfrom the VA HOSPITAL was delivered to my mailbox today. I have not received any medication from anywhere. This is a on going problem with the mail carriers on this route between not getting my mail to putting in someone else and not running at all on some days .this has been goimg on since I have lived here over 7 yrs .it's recently gotten way worse.

6/11/22 around 11:30am in southern hills my package was thrown at my front door. Never seen this guy deliver mail before but he clearly needs more training. He’s not the usual carrier that comes through here either.
