Worst place to get mail through and people to deal with hope your mail isn't time sensitive because it will be late. Tracking a package that's been there 2 days it finally says out for delivery and doesn't show the excuse I get is that it got mixed up and maybe I will get it tomorrow.

Mail delivered to wrong address! The guy I talked to seemed nice and like he was on it to find my missing package. But I’ve been calling for 3 days now and no one has answered the phone. I feel like they blocked me. All I wanted was an update on a Father’s Day present that literally has my 8 month old daughters face all over! So crummy, this place is terrible.

Everyone that works at this location should be fired. Packages are late a lot and I've had multiple packages come sliced open.

I still have missing mail !!! Mail never came too my address!! Heartbreaking situation.. even with email notifications. Nothing never came ! Beyond the 4 day time frame !!. ???

This is one of the absolute horrible post office I ever been too in my life, the people at the front desk is rude, they rush me out the store and told me to come back the next day 2 days in a row, when I showed them the tracking number of it being there and the paper work of it being there they said it was FRAUD, This is very unprofessional!!

I came up there to pick up my very important Package, and the lady at the front desk told me it wasn’t there even after me showing her the tracking information that showed it was. She rushed me out of the store then later that morning at 12:03 they shipped my package back to the sender after again lying and saying it wasn’t there, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Absolutely horrible post office. Left packages in the middle of my lawn and literally never answer their phone. I have personally gone down there at least 4 times to address this with continuing to have zero change.

Tiffany at counter is very immature and unprofessional.Her supervisor handled my complaint with "You feel better?" And "You just wanted to vent, didn't you?" When I told him about his subordinate's poor behavior.Don't know who his supervisor is, so just don't come to this USPS for professionalism from anyone. Better to just use the self-service/drop-off boxes outside instead.

My boyfriend took a package for me on the 23rd to be shipped and it was misplaced or lost and it was an insurance replacement phone thru my phone company. They tracked it and said it was still there Why? I called them and they said it's not. Now I'm threatened to be charged $171 replacement fee for the phone that I took there to be shipped. They pretend they don't know what's going on. Such a horrible location and needs to be closed immediately ??️
