This pharmacy is always super helpful and rarely has issues with medication shortages but when they do it’s rectified asap. Also everyone is always super polite and attentive. I’ve been coming here as long as I can remember and it’s the only pharmacy I’ll use.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the decline in customer service at Walgreens over the past year or two. As a long-standing customer, I have been dismayed by the inconsistencies in service.
My most recent experience, which occurred on January 9, 2024, involved two prescriptions (Tramadol 50mg and Gabapentin 300mg) sent to the Walgreens location at 300 Southfield Rd., Shreveport, LA 71105. Despite speaking with the pharmacist and pharmacy technician on three separate occasions, I was informed that one prescription would be transferred and the other would be available for pickup later in the week. However, when I contacted another Walgreens to transfer the Gabapentin prescription, they were unable to locate it in their system. This resulted in an additional phone call and extended hold time.
Upon checking on the status of my prescriptions this morning, I discovered that both had been deleted from my profile. Consequently, I have spent over five hours on phone calls to Walgreens, in addition to having to contact my doctor's office again to resend the prescriptions.
I expect better customer service or I will take my business elsewhere, to the next largest pharmacy providers.

Can’t believe a pharmacy has been closed for 3 days.L have RXs that need filling you would think they would transfer them to another Walgreens in Shreveport to be filled, very poor customer service

The Printer malfunctioned on my prints, but Brandon was extremely helpful all 3 times I visited! Get that printer some maintenance, but more importantly give this guy a promotion!

I've been filling prescriptions my whole life. I've been to over a hundred different Walgreens locations in multiple states. This one has the best customer service BY FAR. I get treated like an actual human being here, and all the pharmacists and techs are always working so hard any time I come by. I will always fill my scripts here as long as I'm in the area. 10/10 Helpful, knowledgeable, and kind staff. ~ Sincerely a chronically ill girly.

I can only echo some of the other comments here. The staff are extremely rude and completely unhelpful. The woman who served me seemed to take pleasure in being unhelpful. Thankfully I'm not from the area so won't have to visit again.

Walgreens# 05163 Southfield rd, Shreveport La 71105.. I went in to pick up my prescription from the pharmacy. I was Greeted by a young lady by the Emalee. She was very polite and helpful. Smiled, very knowledgeable about the questions I asked. She was very patient with me and all my concerns. I've been through alot of Walgreens but this specific location is the best. I didn't have to wait for a long period of time at all. The staff and pharmacist were very helpful towards my needs and concerns. I don't mind driving 20 minutes out of the way to get the best treatment from a kind staff.. the best customer service experience I've had out of all the Walgreens.

Spoke to Emily regarding Rx being out of stock. She was so very helpful and extremely patient. I'm sure she was very busy as Walgreens is always busy. The pharmacy didn't have what I needed but she did everything she could trying help including suggesting other locations.

They change your prescription medicine to a brand other than your doctor called in that is more expensive.
