this is just a money scam. I had to cancel my membership due to medical reasons and advised by memberservice, I would not be charged. my fee came out of my account and when I called, I am told by another member services, I still owe for this month as I have to give 30 day notice and paying for a month I cannot use. They need to get their stories straight

Literally just attempted to work out while leaving my child in the daycare here. He is 3 and was experiencing separation anxiety. Typically any day care worker would take the child comfort him and 5 minutes later he would be calm and playing. The woman working there this afternoon chose to stare at him while he threw himself on the floor smashing his face against it and still did nothing. When I re entered the daycare 30 seconds after leaving because I could still here him crying and I felt uneasy she told this story to me while she still had not touched him, comforted or done anything remotely human. Frankly this is not the first negative experience we’ve had with the child care at this location but it will definitely be the last.
