My dog is Absolutely terrified of the vet. Terry Pkwy animal hospital did a wonderful job. They made accommodations for my dog’s annual exam. They are compassionate people with patience and hearts of GOLD. They really do love animals, even the scared ones.
After YEARS of horrific vet visits, I finally found the right people!

Everyone at this animal hospital is very kind and empathetic. My regular vet was out today, and they were able to take me last minute to put my old baby to sleep. They were gentle and respectful, and my baby was kindly laid to rest. I'm very thankful to them.

Dr. Salles and Susan were amazing with our cat, Nala. Nala was a new patient here when she became sick and I was uneasy about her original vet. They saw me that day and did everything they could. They would even check up on Nala during the weekends and went in to see her even though the office was closed because they were worried about her. They give you every option and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Terry Parkway Animal Hospital, they truly care about your fur baby here.

They show comfort and care for you and your pet every step of the way even on off days they are available to contact for all your pet's needs. They are mine and my pets Dearest Angels????

My dog ate some chocolate late in the day and I was having trouble finding a vet that was open and not on a parade route. I called Terry Parkway Vet and the vet tech went above and beyond the call of duty to get the medical attention that my dog needed. She was kind and patient. I am so impressed and appreciative!

Due to our dog being very ill and not showing any improvement after several weeks of prescribed meds from other Veterinary location, we took our very ill dog to Terry Parkway Animal Hospital for a second opinion. The other Veterinary tried and seemed very caring but based on symptoms and no improvement after 2 different rounds of meds, they referred us to a specialist place for some very expensive procedures. Dr. Salles and staff were very caring and did a very thorough study of past records and examination. They were able to get us in within 30 minutes of calling also. Even though Dr Salles agreed with the diagnosis of other Veterinary, he prescribed other meds to help get us to our specialist appointment that was still 3 weeks away. He must have found the magic meds and application, because our dog made a miraculous quick recovery. Based on this recovery, previous thought diagnosis is probably incorrect and we now have a new plan if symptoms come back. Dr Salles is very easy to communicate with post visit also which is very nice! We are very thankful we brought our dog to Dr Salles for that second opinion. Leaving out other Veterinary name because I don’t think they did anything wrong.

Dr. Salles took excellent care of my 2 Persian cats for 14 and 17 years. He and his staff are wonderful!

It was the worst vet experience of my life.Misinformation. I just called my vet coverage provider and was informed that this place has a direct bill option. I was told by the vet that I had to wait for reimbursement. It was not a pleasant experience, and I left confused.

My dog's first encounter with Dr Salles was for a sick visit. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted by his staff with kindness and compassion. Dr Salles is very knowledgeable, thorough with the examination, and diagnosed the issues. He explained in great detail and addressed all of my concerns. I was called later that evening by his tech, Susuan to check on Lola. Both Dr Salles and Susan have been very attentive and continued to reach out to check on Lola's progress. When we went back yesterday for a follow up visit and blood work, we were very blessed to receive a good report. They truly go above and beyond to make sure your fur baby and parent is well taken care of. Dr Salles and staff are the BEST!!!

I overheard someone on a call telling them they were going to be late joining a meeting because they were with our dog. That showed me how much they cared and their level of concern for our dog's wellbeing. Sadly, she passed away a few hours later from a blood disease with a high mortality rate. But despite, how far advanced it was they still gave it their all and tried to give her the best fighting chance possible with hopes of her beating the odds and coming out on the other side as a healthy survivor.
