Went to the main branch which is not the one I usually visit, but it was the most convenient option this time. I used the drive through which only had 2 lanes open( I think there are at least 3 lanes, maybe 4). There was one car in each lane so I was next and used the commercial lane so I could see and hear the teller. I was there just to deposit a check and I had:1. Endorsed the check2. Put my account # on the endorsement3. Sent my driver's license with the check.So, after several minutes of working on my transaction, the teller looks up and asks me for my account number and I told her it was on the back of the check just like I always do. She said ok and proceeded to look up my account and she said she couldn't find it ?. So I sent her my checkbook showing the account number and she finally located me in the system. I know she might have been having a hard day or she may have been new; I was just in a bit of a hurry this particular day. So after all this, my transaction was completed and I went on my way. I will say that this is NOT their usual. I do really like the credit union and all the perks they offer and how friendly they usually are. I would say this was an isolated event and doesn't reflect the usual way they take care of their members!
