Went to buy tires, ended up buying tires and rims! Great service, Great People, Would highly recommend buying tires from them! If you do go, ask for Logan! Him and the manger were very Helpful!

Very terrible service I asked him not to throw my tires inside of my vehicle. They threw it on top of my seats. They were in a bag, but they done that anyway and they said they would make sure my tires would read the pressure but they do not read. I got them yesterday bringing them back today. Terrible service… I hate I had to give them one star

Will knowingly let you drive 2 hours just to turn you down because you live more than an hour away...
Really should NOT advertise in the areas outside of where you're willing to do business. If the ads weren't on our LOCAL stations all the time, we wouldn't have even known about RNR!!!
**Sales reps were friendly and the matter was entirely out of their hands. I give credit where it is due.

The wait time was horrible. I spent a total of about 5 hours there. Their balancing machines broke, which was not their fault, but Logan was awesome. He was very helpful through the process and answered any questions I had. Overall when their machines get fixed I think it would be worth it.

The staff was horrible at communicating throughout the entire service; we were told we'd have about a 2hr wait after they quoted the price, it took over an hour for them to even touch the car, I'm writing this as I'm waiting to hear ANYTHING about my vehicle
Update: it took 4 hours, I chain smoked Canadian cigarettes nearly the whole time (arguably the best part of the whole experience...besides finally getting to leave AS THEY WERE CLOSING); They play some v entertaining game show reruns in the waiting area tho (which only has about 5 chairs)

The service slow as a snail not recommended good with jus about everything as far as getting new tires if need one but the production is awful need to hire some people that knows what they are doing
