Horrid customer service, and I came to found the manager was helping me. Not worth another minute of my time to actually review my experience. Online shopping make people like this manager, Norman, obsolete for a $7 return fee.

Visited looking for a couple shirts, and was helped by Susan who was awesome. Ended up with 4 shirts, a new sport coat and pants at a great price.

Prices were great. Merchandising leaves you wanting as styles are not organized well. My biggest issue though was the ineptitude at checkout. It took 18 minutes to input my information and complete the transaction due to the associate not knowing how to work the computer system. The other two associates working were focused on reading the new planogram when their colleague was obviously floundering. If it had been a system crashing I would’ve understood, but this was due to an inability know the systems and more tenured colleagues had no interest in saving their coworker which was truly unfortunate.

They had a wonderful selection and the store was very organized. Our sales man Jim absolutely went above and beyond for us. It was a great shopping experience!

Employees not to motivated to help. No real "deals" I could only find regular fit shirts, not slim and as stated employees not too helpful.

Rude staff. Treated me like I wasn't supposed to be in there. One of the female employees "snubbed" me by pushing me out of the way to arrange a rack to clearly check to see what I was doing while looking at pants. When I checked out, another employee at the register said "you're not in our system...are youuuu?" Very condescending. I shop at brooks brothers often, the non-outlet, and will likely not return to the outlet store.

I've shopped Brooks Brothers for years. It was a brand known for quality and a specific style. Several years ago they followed the trend and produced Slim Fit shirts beside the classic cut. Somewhere some damn designer or merchandiser decided to cloud the brand and rename the sizes. Madison Regent and some other name to represent skin type anorexia. Hopefully their merchandiser reads this.... skinny millennials are not buying your clothing and you are pissing off your base. I went to a factory store in Freeport, crap loads of slim fit and regent. 4 shelves of white button Madison shirts. Sally and some young bleach blond boy would not give me the time of day. I'm there with my American Express willing to spend money. Instead the both ran around helping a college kid who left with a T-shirt and pair of socks. Catering to the wrong client doesn't make you money. Know your real client!
