I wanted to take a moment to say some positive words about this business and location. It was clean and well organized. I was immediately helped by Aston who answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly adding in his expert knowledge that enabled me to quickly and confidently move forward in addressing my car care concerns today. My trip to the Berkshires for the Thanksgiving holiday will most certainly be safer and smoother because of his good work. Give that man a promotion and a raise!

If you're in a rush and want to be treated with respect don't go here. I stood there waiting in line for 10 minutes as two workers had a casual non-relevant conversation with another customer and then I was given an attitude.

I ordered 7 quarts of Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5w-20. When I went to pick up, Napa guy tried to give me 5 quarts of Pennzoil Platinum and 2 quarts of Ultra Platinum. He literally argued with me that they were the same exact thing. Then sold me the wrong filter wrench.
