Honesty can sometimes hurt, but it's always necessary to improve;Which is why I waited for weeks to hear back from this business on wether my interview deemed me a good, or a bad fit. Either way it is a general courtesy to reach out to an interviewee post interview with some sort of verdict & explanation.Rude.
