Don’t bother to order food after 7pm. I had to beg for them to make me a pizza at 7:24 when they are open until 8pm. They wouldn’t make mozzarella sticks or egg salad. Go to AJ’s Everything in Stoneham. They make great food!

I called to place a takeout order at 7:20pm and the clerk informed me in a rude tone that I "could only order cold sandwiches." That's a first..no hot food available for takeout?

A really decent small verity store from a roll of toilet paper to a hot sandwich ? and everything in between. The counter people were very pleasant. Would definitely stop there again.

There's something nostalgic about this little store (maybe it's just the memories my husband shares having grown up visiting the area), but it's fun passing on traditions to our child. Stopped in for bait and donuts. Also got a Cinnamon roll, which was THE best Cinnamon roll I have ever had!

Great little store filled with just about anything you need. The pies are delicious and homemade... there store labeled spices are my absolute favorite, so many different combinations and so far all are my favorites..

I’ve been going to The Lake store for 20 years and haven’t had a bad experience until today. We go to order food and stood there for five minutes not even acknowledged until one of us asked if this was the counter we order at which the lady had an attitude when responding yes. While we wait for our order we go look at drinks for our kids and they were out of stock out of a lot of things. We then go to cash out and had two separate transactions and the cashier had no patience whatsoever and was rude to us. I’m just disappointed overall that a piece of my childhood has gone downhill. Will not be back. The food overall was OK but the overall experience was not satisfactory.

We bought live bait (dillies) to go fishing at the lake. Sometimes it's a busy store but it's worth the visit. They have a delicious and you can order food my mother in law ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger w tomatoes & onion $4.85.

Most unique Italians I've ever had. Anytime we come to the lake, we make sure to buy enough for leftovers. The parking lot is dangerous so be careful. The layout is perfect for trucks when you need to run in for a quick bite to eat or drinks.
