Took my child to urgent care and they were given two prescriptions. One compliments the other. I get to Walgreens 30 min later and ask for them. They say they don't have them. I showed them my paper copy. All of a sudden they have what they need and tell me to come back in 20 min. I did and they gave me one of the two. I asked the person working where the other one is and was told they didn't the prescription in the system. I asked them to call and verify and was told "we don't do that". Called the urgent care and was told both prescriptions were entered the same time and that they also call and verify things in a regular basis. Been here over an hour and still waiting.... Good thing this medication isn't urgently needed and that I don't have to be at work this afternoon. If you are busy, don't cut corners. Take care of your customers. You just lost this one. I'll go out of my way to avoid this poorly managed business.

A good stop mostly because they have an Allpoint ATM. Otherwise, the rest of the store was consistent with the Walgreens brand and the same as the store in Chubbuck Idaho or River Vale New Jersey. I did stop to check out the "travel" section but it was a bit understocked. [Review 18561 overall - 112 in Maine - 2083 of 2022.]

I would recommend thinking twice before filling a prescription at this store. I thought my doctor was sending in a 90-day supply, so I want too surprised when they told me the price was $80. I paid $24 at CVS for a 30-day supply last month. When I got home, I was surprised to see that it was only 30 pills. I called in to verify they had the correct insurance information and they did. They just charge more than CVS. To make matters worse, even I checked out GoodRX, there was a coupon code to pay $75 at this same Walgreens. Nice! So I paid more by using my insurance! I know where I won’t be shipping any longer.

Was told they couldn't do baby passport photos in store and to bring in the photo on a USB and they would print it. Brought in photo on a USB and then they said they couldn't print from a USB. Don't waste your time here for passport photos- even the manager admitted he didn't get his passport photos here!! Went to the other Scarborough Walgreens and they were able to print the passport photo from a USB!

I'm very grateful to the manager at this Walgreens. I was in there early in the week when I was trying to find hand sanitizer or rubbing alcohol and they had been cleaned out like everywhere else. I asked the manager if he could please let me know when they get more in, and could they hold some for me? He took my name and number and of course I knew I wouldn't hear back from him, not with how crazy everything is. But I did! He called me an hour ago! I had requested travel sized sanitizer bottles, he had two for me (one is for my husband) and I was never so happy about something seemingly so inconsequential if circumstances were different.

This is the worst place you could get your photos printed at. I've been here several times over the years for standard prints and there's always a problem with them. They either have a green or red hue to them or have been cropped by the machine on all sides- cutting out important parts of the image. They never look the same printed as when I send my order in online. I've spoken to the manager of the photo department and he could care less. He sees that the photo I sent in and the one that prints out are completely different but still does not care. He just wants to refund my money and get me out of the store without even bothering to trouble shoot the system or find a solution to the problem. I've had it with this photo department. This is my last time doing business here.

On the Walgreens web site, you can make an appointment to get a flu shot at the Walgreens store of your choice. I recently did just that. I chose this store, I chose a day and time, entered my information, and later received a confirmation email stating that my appointment was all set. When I arrived at this Walgreens store for my appointment, the person at the pharmacy said "We don't do appointments." I explained that I had an appointment that I made on the Walgreens web site and the person's response was "You can wait. It'll be at least half an hour." Needless to say, if this store doesn't do appointments, that ought to be reflected on their section of the Walgreens web site. No one likes having their time wasted.

This place has the worst pharmacy it used to be great until the head pharmacist Rob left now the service there is awful and if you need additional help with your prescription you won't get help here they treat people like an inconvenience
