I couldn’t give these guys a bad review if I tried to, being able to walk into a shop and be greeted by name is an amazing feeling, and the quality of work is amazing, I came in to get my wheel trued and these guys went above and beyond!

I was not impressed with customer service first of all.
Having only a few bikes in a price range affordable and not a big selection or variety of bikes available
And to top it all off I was asked if I could have anything done to have the review reversed to a better rating and post. Like who does that. I went by first impression, and was not impressed.

Great service on my Aventon bikes. Made adjustments to front wheel and brakes, as well as the derailluer and hanger. Bike now works better than when it was new, and I can trust it will shift to the gear I need, and when I need it!
Gotta love the fast, friendly service approach, too. Dropped off one afternoon right at closing time and they called around noon the next day telling me the bike was ready to be picked up. They certainly earned my future business!
If you need a bike, supplies, or service, give them a call, or stop by the shop on Rte 1 in Woolwich, across from the auto dealership.

I can’t rave enough about this place! As a lifelong biker, I have visited hundreds of bike shops across the country, and this one is the absolute best. Everyone I’ve dealt with: Davis, Max, Forrest, Jesse, Zach have bent over backwards to be helpful. When I needed an emergency repair, they all worked diligently, even though it was their busiest time of the year.
The shop itself is a delight: far from one of those cookie cutter upscale fitness shrines, it looks, sounds, and smells like a real bike store. You just feel at home there. It’s such fun to poke around all the nooks and crannies, and their selection is mind-blowing. Maine is so lucky to have a place like this, I just wish I lived closer.

Incredible customer service! Truly supportive and flexible when we were trying a find bikes that would meet our needs and feel safe.
